The Account Executive is an integral part of TheLadders.com team. The Account Executive position is for someone with a burning desire to succeed, a can-do attitude and an interest in maximizing their personal effectiveness. Responsibilities
• Create and develop strong relationships with corporate & agency recruiters and position TheLadders.com as their de-facto standard online recruiting site for $100K+ positions
• Ability to manage a define territory and develop relationships within
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual quotas for sales of online service predominantly through cold-calling
• Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and expand active accounts
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales projections
Requirements
• 3+ years sales or related business experience
• BA or BS degree from a top tier college or university
• Excellent phone skills and comfortable making 75+ cold-calls daily
• Ability to cultivate new business
• Experience with telephone/inside sales or business development a must
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
